One fixed fee per customer you speak to, set by the job and shown on the lead before you claim it. No home or unit lead costs more than $49, and no lead costs more than $99.

Fees above are for the usual number of bathrooms: 1 for a studio or 1 bed, 2 for a 2 or 3 bed and 3 for a 4+ bed. Each extra bathroom adds 12%, rounded the same way. A request for several units pays the fee for one unit plus a quarter of it for each extra unit. The lead always shows the exact fee. Home and unit leads stop at $49; building and several unit leads at $99.

Each lead goes to one partner at a time. Reply NO and it moves to the next partner straight away, so nobody waits. Once a lead is offered to several partners at once, the first to claim it by calling or texting its number gets the customer. The fee is the same at every minute. If you say NO to a lead, you won't be sent it again. Partners who accept more leads, reply faster and have no complaints are first in line more often. A day after your call we ask the customer if they agreed a price, and if not they can ask for one second quote from another partner. Got a fake or wrong number? Flag it within 7 days and we refund the fee.
